This dominant performance was one of the biggest victories of Mike Tyson's career as he defeated Spinks, who prior to the fight was undefeated in his career at 31-0 with key wins over Larry Homes (twice), Gerry Cooney, Dwight Muhammad Qawi & Eddie Mustafa Muhammad.
