These gloves were used by Schmidt during Vegas' inaugural season which makes these highly collectible as they are first franchise year used memorabilia! Schmidt is a fan favorite with fans and is one of the most collectible players in franchise history for this reason! You will also notice his last name is embroidered into the glove as they were custom made for him to use in games with the Vegas Golden Knights by the gloves manufacturer, Bauer. You will see these gloves have great use to them as well and would excellent displayed in a case in your man cave, lady lair, game room or office!!
This item has been certified authentic by the Vegas Golden Knights directly and includes their tamperproof Certificate of Authenticity Hologram on one of the gloves as they only sticker one glove in the pair. You can go on the VGK online Certificate of Authenticity Database located on their website and verify the authenticity of this item. You will notice they have a silver hologram in the photo which the silver hologram has the inaugural season logo in the middle and only the silver holograms are used on their inaugural season memorabilia. Other year memorabilia from them are different colors and not the silver.
