Star Wars Fans! This item is your calling, featuring an autographed ticket by Darth Maul himself, Ray Park! This particular RARE ticket is from the 1999 New York Media & Journalists Movie Premiere from Star Wars: The Phantom Menace. You will not see a date or location printed as this movie premiere ticket is from May 8, 1999, where very select members of the New York media and other major media honchos from around the USA were invited to this very hush hush secretive, not publicized event showing of the film 11 days before it came out to the rest of the world. Like the making of the movie, in which the actors didn't know their parts until they arrived at the set, the press didn't know the screening location until they showed up at the Regency hotel in Manhattan on Saturday evening to get their tickets where they were then shuttled to a multiplex at Union Square where the film was being shown! Media members got interviews with some of the cast, so they had their content and stories for when the movie finally did come out to the rest of the world, and they can share their opinions of the film in the columns. You can find more out about this exclusive event by searching online for the Chicago Tribune article titled "MEDIA KEEPS A `STAR WARS' SECRET" By Patrick Cole, Published on May 09, 1999.

This is a ticket you will not find again as only 400 were ever made for the event compared to the millions of tickets this movie sold in theaters where people still have their ticket stubs! What makes this movie ticket that much better is that it is signed by Ray Park who plays the main villain of the movie, Darth Maul who is pictured on the ticket as the backdrop of the pictures of the other characters! How many of these particular tickets are signed by Ray, encapsulated by Beckett, and in this kind of condition? Well, go look, you won't find any! One-of-a-kind!!

— Hand Signed By Ray Park

— This ticket has been encapsulated in a Beckett Authentication Services plastic capsule for long term preservation. In addition, they authenticated the autograph as AUTHENTIC, even giving the autograph a grade of 9 out of 10!

— Autograph has been signed in a red paint pen, so it will not fade over time, compared to an autograph done in a sharpie which has an almost definite chance of fading over time.

— Holder measures approximately 12" x 8 3/4" and ticket measures approximately 9" x 4" in size

— The condition of the ticket itself is in great vintage condition, where it is a full ticket stub. Please see pictures in this listing to evaluate its condition in your very own opinion. Kind of cool there are initials written in pen on the back of the ticket showing part of the story mentioned above how everything was so secretive and someone's initials were only written on it and not a person's actual name.
